What shampoo/conditioner should i use when i have hair that absorbs everything?(ie cant get conditioner out)?

I am a natural blonde. My hair is fine but theres lots of it. recently ive been having trouble with conditioners (at least i think its them, maybe the shampoo might be a problem too) I cant seem to get them out of my hair. I am currently using Catwalk Oatmeal and Honey Shampoo and Conditioner. If i apply the conditioner to all my hair it seems to remain in making my hair gross and kinda greasy. It works alright if i apply a very small amount to my roots and wash it out quick but im not satisfied with that. it doesn't seem to make my hair nice, it just is able to wash out when i do that. I have a clarifying shampoo that use once a week without conditioner. What kind of shampoo, or just conditioner would you recommend because i feel my hair needs conditioning. it seems dry. a friend did recommend a deep conditioning treatment for once a week however i fear that if i cant get regular conditioner out that that treatment might make my hair worse. recommendations?

Deep conditioning works really well. Your hair will more than likely feel soft for about a week. I suggest going into your salon and telling your stylist your problem, and she'll more than likely know exactly what to.

i would suggest purchasing the hydrating shampoo & conditioner if you think your hair seems dry.

as for conditioning, i have the same problem with getting it all out. What i do, is i start with just putting conditioner at my roots, and letting that sit for 3 or 4 minutes, then i apply a very small amount of conditioner to the rest of my hair and rinse that out immediately. It conditions my roots, which need it the most, really well, while still conditioning but not overconditioning the rest of my hair.
