OK! I did one of these home-pampering sessions today so I'm feeling all knowledgeable on the subject.

Egg yolk - protein. Hair likes protein.
Mayonnaise, Olive oil - moisture.
honey + milk - purifying/clarifying and softening.

I used olive oil, honey, porridge oats, banana and salt as a face mask/scrub thing today. My skin is SO lovely and my pores are all clear and smooth. You should try that!
