Are there any aromatherapy bath products for safe use during pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and need some stress relief. I went to drink some chamomile tea, read the other day and it is dangerous for pregnant women. I also bought some lavender oil to put in my bathroom, but read that it was dangerous for pregnancy as well. They are all aromatherapy bath products no no during pregnancy? Even mint and eucalyptus? Do any of you use any aromatherapy, which was approved by your doctor?
