best natural organic shampoo

all natural products: skin and hair, what is the best brand?

Well, I'm a flight attendant, so my skin and hair take a beating ... without all the moisture being sucked, I have normal skin. I want a brand for all the natural with no sulfates or parabens. To date, I do not like Jason or Aubrey Organics. I am looking for a new shampoo and conditioner, and facial skin cleansing and moisturizer, preferably with built in SPF ... natural brands that are good?
