Best Natural Hair Care Scheme for all hair types

Healthy hair is important to look your best. Dry and brittle, or flat and boring - nobody wants those that the description of your locks.

Especially as we age, our hair needs to be pampered. In the midst of a busy life as wife, mother, and writer - I do not have the time nor the money to spend on expensive schemes haircare. I like simple and effective means to keep my hair brown for "effort" best.

Therefore, I want to share with you my secret recipe for large, naturally-cleansing, deep hydration using hair, totally green, natural cleaning products that do the job pretty well within my budget.

Best Hair Care Treatment:

To Shampoo:
I wash my hair in African Black Soap imported from Togo. I have the ball and the foam wet soap in my hands, I wash my hair, then rinse with water. African Black Soap has a soft and natural, nutty aroma and is a rich natural moisturizer.

For the first rinse, rinse my hair in a solution Fresh cassava, leaving soon, and then rinse with water. This is a strengthening and rinse your hair will have a natural, youthful glow.

Rinse Yuca Recipe:
Purchase of fresh cassava root in the supermarket, usually very cheap, near the cone.
Cut a slice of 3 inches. Remove the brown skin covering.
Crush up the cassava root to a pulp grain leather.
Pour into a small muslin / cotton drawstring bag or a clean knee high and tie a knot.
Add the bag of cassava 1 cup water in a bowl 2 cups.
Swish around briefly and let stand 10-15 minutes.
Cassava solution turn cloudy and opaque.
Add 1 cup hot water to the solution of cassava to give some warmth, then rinse your hair with it.
Slowly dump the solution of cassava in the head and work on your hair.
Leave a brief, 2-3 min., And rinse with water.
Hang the bag of cassava to dry completely.
You can reuse the same cassava 3-4 times, when fully dry between uses so it does not spoil.

For a second and final rinse, use diluted white vinegar:

White Vinegar Clean / Rinse conditioner:
Mix 1 cup of white vinegar and 1 cup hot water.
Rinse hair with it and work on the hair with your fingers. Avoid getting in his eyes.

This rinse your hair clean of any pollution, toxins and waste from previous shampoos, detergent and soap. The diluted vinegar is also a great softener hair.

Let briefly 1.2 mins. then rinse with water.

If your hair tends to be dry after towel drying hair can be added olive oil directly to the ends of your hair and style as usual.
