Can I use hair care products my hair black?

My friend has a boyfriend who is of mixed race, with over half less than half black and white. But she was my hair, the other day and said my hair felt exactly as your ... I always wondered if I was half black cuz of my hair, though I am white with dark blond hair lol. But use care products black hair, and I was thinking maybe thats what I need to make my hair more manageble .... if you are going to come, then come to the right of way? Anyway what do you think?
