Is Organic Food Healthy or Unhealthy for you?

A lot of people are having problems with being able to decide if organic food is healthy for them or not. Most say that it is not when the other half says that it is. There are some negative and positive things when it comes to using organic food. I will go over a couple of those things now but if you still are unsure, you should consider doing more research before making your decision.

The organic meat is from a livestock that is focused on not giving antibiotics to animals or either hormones that other people consider healthy for the animals. The other thing that people are getting now is organic shampoo. Some label their products 70% organic. Most shampoos have hydrosol also known as organic hyroflorate meaning floral water. You’re mainly just buying it for the water because a lot of shampoos have tons of water.

These days a lot of people are trying to watch their weight and purchase lots of money on colon cleanse products. One of the positive things about having organic food items is that it helps clean your body in a natural way. It might be harmful to your body having to use a lot of the colon cleanse products monthly and can cost just as much as the organic food.

It really all depends on what you feel safe and comfortable with.  Some people don’t like the thought of antibiotics in animals while others feel that it’s a must. Once again, it’s all up to you and what you decide is best. If you like organic food, don’t worry about it and if you don’t don’t like it, eat what you want. There is such a huge variety these days that it doesn’t matter what you’re into. The most important thing is that you take care of yourself and protect your body the best way you know how and remain healthy.

Where Can I Buy Organic Shampoos?

I need to know where I can get organic shampoos, I've been using Head and Shoulders, and the chemicals are to harsh for my scalp. So I need a STORE BOUGHT (I don't shop online) Shampoo and Conditioner that has...how could I say it? Restoring properties, or like Wheatgerm, Macadamia, Or Jojoba. Please Help, My old Shampoo has made my hair falls out excessively, and when i run my fingers to my scalp, my scalp hurts.
