How I can make hot process soap with natural colors and fragrances in a clay pot?

I am a manufacturer Rookie soap, and made cold process soaps about a year .. I'm no stranger to experimentation, and became interested in hot process soaps after watching some YouTube videos today Nancy "I love that woman! I bet I'll end up like this when I get to be as young as their *! Anyway, I do a little hot soap in a crockpot old process, and I would like to use botanicals, herbs, essential oils and natural plant and mineral dyes. Any information / assisstance in this matter is greatly appreciated and welcome! Thanks!

There's definitely no need to buy molds professional make soap when the fun and economic alternatives are readily available.

One of my favorite ideas to create unique soap molds soap is forming circular PVC pipe. Not only seeks to create a great finished product, but this method of casting soap is extremely easy to set practice.

Create a PVC mold soap requires 5 pieces of equipment that includes: PVC pipe, a cutting board, a funnel, a spoon and freezer paper.

What are the steps? Once you are ready to shed its initial soap into the mold, place the PVC pipe vertically into the end of the table cut. Make sure all edges are firmly placed against the wood and held there with a decent amount of force. After all, you do not want to run out Soap the bottom!

Now place the funnel into the pipe opening for easy pouring. Make sure how much use a funnel made of silicon or stainless steel steel, this soap initial phase will be extremely caustic and harsh. Now is the time to further isolate the soap. Bring blankets or old towels you do not mind large ruin fund and wrap the outside of the mold. Be as liberal as possible. I recommend using about 7 to 10 towels or blankets 4. It is important that the heat produced by the reaction of the soap making dissipates as slowly as possible so there be proper cure.

Patience is essential for the manufacturer of soap cold process and now must wait about 72 hours for the soap hardens. Please note that once is difficult, it is too corrosive to use, since it is not completely healed yet.

Slip the soap PVC pipe and cut into bars even approximate width. If you find that the removal of the soap opera of the mold only soap is hard, can Use a jar to help push out or drop the soap in the freezer to make it contract.
