Hello I live in Switzerland and the experience of the cold season the same problem. My remedy in sight: 1. Apply olive oil 2 first. Then apply a long, long (the hand should be white cream all) of rich cream containing oil and re-hydrating elements 3. Put on a cotton glove, your hands will be soft and smooth to awaken.
