question about the soap scum?

Im looking for a foam dispenser soap, I found one on ebay its call National / Panasonic maker of foam bubble I do not know if that is good or not. I would not find one thats all to face. If anyone wants to know where to find one that would be great.

I do not know if they still lead, but Pampered Chef to sell the foam pump. There is also a children's soap in the market that comes in a pump spray. Making use of soap and then fill with what you like (but do not forget to water down, ie, how they work)

Secret ingredient in soap suds?

Does anyone know what ingredient lubricates the frothy soap dispenser pump as it appears again after pushing down? If you renew with diluted liquid soap, lather and will remain, but you have to pull the pump back up every time it sticks. I'd like to use the ATM rather than adding to landfills. Thank you!
