Glycerin Soap Base

Is it possible to make liquid soap by melting and then pour glycerin base?

I do not want to buy liquid soap base, if there is a way that can rotate m & p base of glycerin, which is already in liquid soap. If possible doing so can someone guide me to a recipe or tell me how? Google was no help, all I found was from-scratch recipes or bases liquid soap for sale.

The soap is mentioned in the website of soap in the Miller's previous post about how to turn soap process cold clear glycerin soap. glycerin soap transparent soap remains a solid, not liquid. I have not found anywhere on the network that has the instructions on making a solid (bar) soap liquid soap just does not work. Liquid soap is made using a completely different process bleach and different way when making a bar of soap.
