How long should I leave the water conditioner in the tank of my 3 gallons of fish?

I just bought a new aquarium (3 liters) and 2 new gold fish (stern) and I do not know much about them, but the bottle of water conditioner does not say how long to leave before leaving fish in the tank. How long should I leave the conditioner before allowing my fish to swim in it?

You should add 0.5 ml per 1 liter, and I would say that about 1.5 ml to the gallon 3. There will be extreme, if we finish putting a little more than I supposed. I am a cosmetology student and all really depends on the texture of your hair and what kind of conditioner you are using. NO, whatever you do, use Pantene shampoo and conditioner or the like. conditioner does not even do anything but cover the hair and put a glossy coating on them to the real hair can not breathe and if you ever colored your hair you will have an uneven color because the color can not penetrate through the Pantene. and make sure you towel dry the hair before applying any condition, because if the hair is wet, then it has absorbed as much as possible with the water without penetrating the hair conditioner and do your job. Definitely I would go by the directions on the bottle and not something an old teacher has said. if you're really unsure then you can go to almost any room and ask a stylist.
