my hair is dry sooooooooo !!!!?

I want to make my hair healthy. I'm sick of straw for hair. I feel like a scare crow for the love of god. So anything anything at all I think I know that would help. I take the heat in the hair products ... but I always use heat shield, and I have as Tha Creame Creame of when it is a protector heat. Frutis I use garnier shampoo and conditioner. my hair is light so that is free to use this material called loreal Everpure sulfate 1-2 times a week to maintain tha color in i also deeply condition hair once a week with Nexxus humectress conditioner. (I put it in your hair and leave it overnight) so yeah ... I think that covers everything. only helps me (: I'm desperate ... I guess that I do not wash your hair every two days! ..
