Homemade natural shampoo and conditioner?

My hair is a bit prone to frizz because it is hilly, but otherwise is normal (not too dry, not too oily) ... I do not want to use shampoos / conditioners with all toxic ingredients longer. Does anyone know how to make shampoos and conditioners that moisturize and clean, but made from ingredients natural, such as avocado, etc., issues of preference and in my home or have easy access to get to a store of vitamins? Homemade Shampoo Recipe 1: 1 empty shampoo bottle (or plastic jar) 3 cups of soap flakes (found at the supermarket in the area of washing detergent) Distilled (tap water has chemicals and can turn rancid and sticky) Pure Essential Oil of Lavender (good for scalp conditions such as dandruff) Essential Oil Pure Rosemary (stimulates hair follicles for healthy growth) I prefer to use essential oils because they are highly concentrated. Using methods of high extraction in the process allows the oils to be more concentrated. Using real herbs from your garden can not contain many essential ingredients needed. Put the flakes of soap in your bottle of shampoo. Pour water, add little or less depending on the consistency. Add 4 drops of lavender 4 drops of rosemary. Put lid and shake until mixture or soap flakes have dissolved. Homemade Shampoo Recipe 2: From your local health food store, make or find natural hair products. I have a bottle Envirocare big hair 'and body cleanser. It is neutral pH, contains no perfume, no color and does not contain Sodium Laurel Sulfate. I use my own essential oils with this shampoo to create a scented shampoo my hair and my family. It also comes in a conditioner too.
