What is your fav. or natural organic shampoo / conditioner?

i tried the 365 Whole Foods brand shampoo and dried hair. I am looking for a shampoo organic / natural moisturizer / conditioner use (paraben free). any suggestions?

I do not know if it is paraben free, but check out the Burt's bee line ... I buy sugar beet and grapefruit super shine shampoo and conditioner and my hair looks better than it ever has ... I recommend it. I like all their products including face washes, liquid soaps and lotions. It is a great brand.
