Hair Moisturizing and Conditioning tips!!?

I have full shoulder length hair. My hair is thick and wavy and I want to grow it out to the middle of my back, hopefully by the end of this December because I am going on a cruise. But if it takes longer that's fine. When I say recipes I mean like avocado, olive oil, mayo, raw eggs, and other things that work really good for your hair. I WANT IT ALL TO BE NATURAL! By that I mean I don't want you to give me names of shampoos or conditioners. (= So just any hair recipes that will moisturize, strengthen, and grow out my hair. I'm 14 BTW!

Just A Tip... When You are conditioning after you are done rinse your hair with cold water instead of hot. my mom is a hairstylist and she does this to me she says its more healthy (idk) but try it.
