Good Shampoo to remove product build?

Hello, I use a sulfate free shampoo and also use much hairspray. I want a shampoo to use once a week to remove product build and do a deep cleaning. Can anyone recommend one that will not strip hair of its natural oils, but also clean any buildup?

I use anti-shampoo Neutrogena waste once a week ... works great! makes my hair feel incredibly soft, b / c her get rid of all that filth thats added along week (especially the style to combat frizz!). And it's very cheap ... I spent about $ 6 or $ 7 at my local pharmacy, and since use it only once a week or every two weeks, it lasts forever.
