I am losing my hair, and I am only a teen!?

I am a young teen, and I am losing my hair! About 5 years ago, my hair was very thick, silky, and straight. Now my hair is really thin (1/4 of what it used to be) , REALLY frizzy (It is more poofy than you would every know), and it isn't really that straight anymore. I don't know what to do. Last year, I straightened my hair sometimes, I don't know if that has to do with it, but I have stopped doing that. In the shower, so much hair falls. When I brush my hair, same story! I put rosemary oil in my hair because it willl stimulate the hair follicles. I also eat protein bars (odwalla) because they have vitamin B in them. (Thats good for your hair right?) I also use an organic shampoo/conditioner. Why did my hair do this? How can I stop it, and get my hair to be straight, silky, and thick again?
I don't use a hairdryer or straightener and I have never dyed my hair before
Oh yeah, I'm also starting to see some grey hairs.
