Organic skin care sensitive and oily skin?

I am apprehensive decency to use a lot of products out on the market. I used to be a big fan of Cetaphil for Normal / Oily skin, but now it seems to dry and irritated my skin. Many of the products appear to be full of parabens, sulfates, and silicone. Can you recommend any products that keep staying away of the ingredients?
