How can I drum up some interest in my new bath and body products?

Hello all in this now I am promoting body fragrance spray and shea butter, and have samples of these, but as creative as I do, I can not imagine a way of obtaining samples product to the masses to try out. I've tried Craigslist and especially people request a ton of hits, I spend a lot of $ $ $ for them and send them e with the understanding that I'm going to get their feedback in return and take samples only and never seen or heard of him. I'm getting most people who want you to send free samples to 0 on purchase intent and are just cheating. Even if all you have to do is give a simple email with feedback in return, not even do that. Any suggestions?

If you only want information from people, create a focus group. People get a free set of products (which may be the size of the sample) in exchange for their votes. You can advertise on craigslist focus group. Just limit the size of no more than 6 or 7 so you can get votes from everyone.
