OK, I admit that I love things. rid of a couple of weeks ago I was sitting in my office and suddenly the momentum purge. four bags filled with papers, notes and other things that were not fulfilling my needs.Â

The reason I love getting rid of things is because the space I discover. Itâ € ™ s not just physical space but also discover that the space in my power I mind. and become more creative.Â

What I have learned through my work with my clients is that I am the only one who gets a rush when creating the space, but sometimes, itâ € ™ s hard to imagine what you can let go of.A

When my clients and I talked about organizing and managing key question we tried answer is: What can I say, keeping the object: what is the value? "Versus" What will it cost to keep? "Â Â

What he gets, the value or profit, often measured in terms of utility, and cost beauty. sentimental value is generally measured in terms of time, space and money.

Here is a list of seven things that usually cost more to maintain the value they place on return.Â

The things you printed off the Internet that have meaning to read. occupy physical space and often weigh on your mind because you have not read them. The good news is that truth if you need any of this information in the future can reprint it.

Something you bought for yourself, even if it was expensive, they just do not like, not using or not using again. What benefit will you keep? R How much space you occupy? Â How you feel when you see this? Â

Tools or devices that work very well for someone else, but do not work for you, even though others swear by it. Only because it works for someone else does not mean it is suitable for YOU.

Knick gifts, souvenirs and other small things that you've collected over the years that I remember a trip or experience. Do you smile when you look at it or get lost in a collection of things?  Just because you do not have the memory does not mean you do not have the memory.Â

What value or benefit do I get?

Is it something I keep meaning to use, but it seems than ever?

My suggestion to you is get these things out of your home, office and quickly. I know life can be difficult to throw things "good", especially in these days, so you might want to plan big garage sale or find a organization or individual to donate things you no longer value but please do quickly.Â

Remember, unless you really get rid of these things that are still YOU. costing decide and act on it. You have much to gain.Â

Easy 10 points! Suggestions Shampoo for fine, greasy hair!?

I have the right, fine hair that tends to get oil after a day without shampoo. I used to shampoo every day, but my stylist told me that not healthy for my hair because it strips it of its natural oils. I have tried organic and regular drug store shampoos. I Nioxin for over a year but then changed Biolage which ceased to foam on the hair. Then when I moved back to Nioxin, could not make that foam, no matter the amount of shampoo you use and how eventually became clear on hair. I am using Head & Shoulders, simply because it makes me feel like my hair is thoroughly cleaned, but is causing a great deal my hair fall. Is there a product I could recommend anyone use to leave my head feeling clean and keep it from getting so greasy so quickly? Organic or not, I'm willing to do something to help my hair.

Drugstore products have never worked for me, never do what they are supposed to! I always use Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner - works wonders, and never disappoints. It may be a bit pricey, but it's totally worth it. They have a "clarification" on-line you can try, but have a lot of different shampoos.
