Which shampoo is sulfate free/silcone free and good for curly hair?

I am thinking about following the curly-girl method. And I just realized that my wonderful Silk Elements Shampoo has sulfate in it. It made my hair soft and all, but now I want my hair to be healthyyy. So does anyone know a shampoo that does not have sulfate or silicones in it? Or something I can use to make my hair healthier without those ingredients and stronger? Thanks!

Try using Wen Hair Care (expensive but worth it, and also it works for all types of hair). Also if you rinse your hair with cold water it's supposed to make your hair shinier. =]
