What are the uses of copper sulfate in growing fruit and vegetables?

I some copper sulfate thought I could use to kill a bit of moss. I have some left and want to put it to use. What can be used to and how it is mixed in a spray liter?

What are glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin?

Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate are substances found naturally in the body. Glucosamine is a form of amino sugar that is believed to play a role in cartilage formation and repair. Chondroitin sulfate is part of a large protein molecule (proteoglycan) that gives cartilage elasticity.

What do they do?

Some research suggests that supplements may also slow cartilage damage in people with OA.
